I had a lovely day today, went for a little trip to Holywood for lunch and a walk around the forest that I spent most of my time in around the ages of 10/11. It was really nice to go up there, I was always in Holywood when I was younger since thats where my school was and most of my friends lived up there, and I practically lived at their houses at weekends and holidays.^-^

Outfit today.:) Had a lovely day out in Holywood. More pictures will be put on my blog just a little later when I can be bothered writing a post… Not sure where the dress is from, but I do know it was made to be worn by Asian people and is EXTREMELY short when worn by lanky ol’ me.

Just about what I’ve been doing the last few days, since I’ve been doing more than just going to the gym haha.^_^

I suddenly feel like I really need to get out of the city for a while. I live about a 10/20 minute walk away from Belfast City Centre, and right now I just want to be out somewhere with forests and countryside.. Right now I would literally like to be in the middle of a MASSIVE mossy forest, butt naked happily prancing through the trees like a pixie.

Admittedly not off to the best start, missed my spinning class today because I was still feeling pretty under the weather this morning and I’ve heard they’re pretty intense, but thats alright, they’re on multiple times during the week so I’ll make up for it.^_^ This week I plan to work REALLY hard on my body.OwO

I actually originally posted this as a response to TheUltimateGothGuide ’s post titled “Slipping away from goth” and thought it would be worth posting here as well, I’ve also added a little more to it.:)
 

I got into the alternative way of life (at the beginning, definitely through goth alone) at a VERY young age. I’m talking about 8/9 years old when it all began. I’ve always been very sure of my style.

For those who know me via tumblr, you’ll know I’m very interested in Taxidermy, along with collecting other various oddities. I have also began doing my own taxidermy, so far I’ve only had one attempt, which, to be honest, ended pretty terribly due to a HORRIBLY blunt scalpel. Jake is genuinely afraid of it, I’m pretty sure it haunts his dreams.:P

Also, anyone who follows me (or comes across this in the tags) who is good with Taxidermy, I have a bundle of questions, especially relating to slightly larger animals (like large birds and foxes..) and reptiles.

Found out today I may just have a source for pretty much everything I need for when I get the hang of it properly.OwO Excited. Also got some proper surgical scalpel blades, just waiting to get the handles now, so rat taxidermy attempt number two shall follow shortly after that, I’m confident things will go a little smoother once I have a proper scalpel.:P

I also need to find a good place to get massive jars cheap as I’ll also be preparing a lot of wet specimens, I don’t want to wreck anything particularly pretty by trying to stuff it until I’m good at it.

For instance I have people keeping an eye out for anything with multiple legs, two heads, and all those other odd defects. 

Bah, I’m going to need to buy a massive freezer or something lol
